I registered but my blog doesn't appear on the portal.
Your blog needs to be approved before being listed on the portal. It has to fulfill three conditions: being about a city, publish one photo every day, and write your text in English. If these conditions are not met, your blog may be rejected.

My blog was approved, but still doesn't appear on the portal.
You need to syndicate your content with a RSS feed. Your XML story should contain a reference to an image. If you use blogger, make sure you don't publish in summary mode.

Which feed formats do you support?
We support Atom and RSS feed formats.

Can I publish more than one image per post?
You may, but the spirit of the City Daily Photo Blogs is to publish one and only one photo every day. If you have more than one photo, only the first one will appear on the portal.

When will my last post appear on the portal?
Your post will not immediately appear on the portal. It can take up to an hour for the portal to display your newest photo.
If the portal is experiencing technical difficulties it may take longer, but this is usualy not the case.

How much time will my post remain on the portal?
The portal displays the posts published during the last 30 hours. The older your post the further it will appear on the portal pages.

If I stop posting for several days, weeks, or months, do I have to do anything to appear again on the portal?
No, your blog will remain in the database unless you delete it. Your first returning post will appear within an hour on the portal. We may change the scanning policy, and a blog which has not been updated for more than 7 days may not be scanned every hour. If you wish to be removed from the portal, please send us your request.
